Alchemy of Pain
When we attempt to acknowledge the present for what it is, we often encounter resistance to reality. This resistance can manifest as difficulties in confronting circumstances and a tendency to avoid addressing what needs to be faced in the present. It may also appear as an addiction, serving as a coping mechanism to evade confronting and processing the uncomfortable emotions that arise when faced with certain situations to which we still have emotional attachments. Remember that nothing can truly be avoided; the truth has a way of prevailing and revealing itself in unimaginable ways, regardless of how much we wish to skip a lesson or evade the consequences of our past choices. No one can escape the universal law of cause and effect. Regardless of how resistant you are to acknowledging that all your previous experiences influence how you live in the present, there is no way to escape this reality. You may wish to push your past behind you or leave the skeletons in the closet and start anew, but the cause will still manifest in the present, no matter how much you resist confronting the past.
The past has a way of catching up with you. So, no matter how “fast” you run or how “good” you are at hiding, there is no escaping the effects that past experiences have on our current reality. There is a way out of the repetitive cycles of the endless “run and hide” dynamic that keeps us in the loop of old days and old ways, albeit with a slightly different appearance; yet the essence remains largely the same.
The alchemy of pain serves as supportive guidance from my side, leading you on a journey to revisit past experiences that are crucial for your current life. This process aims to bring awareness to where “pain” (blind spot) exists. We may explore some past lives where you were unable to transform the experience into a lesson, as you were so attached to the past hurt that it prevented you from seeing clearly into the essence of the matter—understanding the cause AND effect of your previous choices, regardless of when they were made. If you are not seen and acknowledged by yourself, the aftermath remains. You always have the choice to continue recycling the old, or you can begin to view the past with clarity and choose to act differently from the moment the lesson is presented.
This is the blessing that presents itself to you the moment the lesson is revealed: the opportunity to act differently in the present. There can always be a “next time,” but when the lesson is presented, the responsibility to act differently, in accordance with the realization, rests entirely in your hands. This can be experienced as a burden or as a beautiful opportunity; it is up to you how you choose to embrace the blessings that the revelation brings. When we are confronted with the truth, we CAN act differently, right where we are. We don’t need to attract similar opportunities to see beyond the surface level and grasp it the first time. Yet, we are given as many opportunities as we need to outgrow old cycles and step into a new way, where we remain reflective and open to revelations at all times.
There is an invitation for us to recognize that we no longer need so many hard lessons in our lives if we choose to see the truth beneath the surface. This doesn’t mean we grasp everything the first time we act according to what is revealed to us. However, there are opportunities available to correct our behaviors daily. We don’t need to encounter the exact opposite of who we choose to be in order to see what we are not and to recognize ourselves as the beings we truly are to learn the lesson. Everyday lessons are inevitable, yet when we are open and ready to face the truth, our experiences can be much softer and gentler with us. We don’t require confrontation with the extremes to learn from experience.
That is what I have been experiencing for some time now. I view everyday life as a reflection of my current state. I choose to explore the reasons behind matters with the awareness I possess while remaining open to opportunities that expand my consciousness. As a result of my commitment to inner work, my life has become much more welcoming. There is no need for painful experiences if we maintain a space of openness; however, if we resist, we will undoubtedly encounter the opposite. Our daily lives can feel like a constant confrontation or even a war zone, even though that is no longer necessary. It may have served us in the past when our awareness was limited, but as we grow and evolve, we can certainly perceive lessons in our everyday experiences in less extreme situations. We become more observant, not judging the circumstances but choosing to see them as beautiful opportunities for continuous growth and evolution. Of course, optionally
What is a main lesson to be learned from our life experiences?
When we come to understand that life is a continuous journey of self-exploration and inner discoveries, we are no longer opposed by any external force, as we recognize that the main character in our lives is ourselves. We are responsible for how our life unfolds, and no one outside of us can take that responsibility into their own hands. This is the primary lesson of the journey we share for a brief moment in time. The alchemy of pain does not guarantee the success we hope for; it is not the approach I choose to take with you. I have come to realize, through working with others who support me with their guidance, that I am the only one accountable for my own life.
Acknowledging that we live in a reality constructed by human mind, where a few direct the many for their own hidden agendas, I understand that this realization can be challenging to accept initially. However, as our lives present us with opportunities to take responsibility for our actions, leading to the experiences we have, we can choose to be either victims of our circumstances or active co-creators of them. The choice is once again in your hands. Reliving pain repeatedly is more about the victimhood mentality you have adopted than about actually enduring painful experiences. This is yet another insight I can share with you before you decide to work with me. It is not to blame you for your experiences but to empower you to address some of the underlying programs that are already influencing your life, even before embarking on this next stage of your self-exploration journey with me. I lovingly invite you to reflect on whether you are still blaming others for what occurs in your life. This awareness is crucial for you to break free from the old patterns that continue to shape your current reality.
Given your choice to read these words, I assume you possess the eagerness and motivation to move beyond these outdated ways that cause you to relive the past. In this case, be aware that change will not happen overnight or without you taking full responsibility for your life. There are no shortcuts to achieving inner freedom and experiencing new ways of being that are not dictated by external circumstances that do not serve you.
The wheel is turning, and we are in the early stages of our individual true organic path. This opportunity is available to us, but it requires leaving behind all the old ways and days. This transition can feel disruptive to our previous lives, as our former ways of being may no longer resonate with our present selves. The new waves of energy are now incredibly insistent on our stepping onto our individual organic paths, yet this push can be experienced differently by each person.
To some, it can be intensely painful; to others, it is pleasant and supportive. It depends on your understanding of your own inner support system. Ultimately, it is up to you how you choose to harness those energies to transition from old ways of being into a new organic path, crafted with your full participation in the co-creation of YOUR reality. They can once again be rather unpleasant and persistently guide you toward what is for your own benefit, offering opportunities to gain insight into the truth of the matter, while facing experiences that diverge from what could be yours by original design through certain elements of shock. OR you can remain open and receptive to the new perspectives and revelations in every moment you inhabit, always ready for new expansions and dimensions that can provide you with chances for advancement and leveling up each time you believe you are about to hit a brick wall.
You always have the opportunity to see beyond duality and directly into the truth of the matter. The precision that higher awareness holds transcends the notions of ‘good’ and ‘bad’. Integrating higher knowledge into your daily experiences can make all the difference. This higher knowledge is the inner wisdom you can access when you’re in a state of neutrality and consciously interacting with your higher self. Only then can you bring awareness to situations where limitations or blocks prevent you from moving forward and consciously making choices. View these situations not as limiting and opposing, but rather as opportunities to grow and evolve your consciousness beyond the confines of dualistic thinking.
There is a way out of old patterns, but it ultimately depends on our willingness to continuously evolve and grow beyond the superficiality of current circumstances. The changes that we so eagerly want to make, may not happen by our demand or force, rather openness and readiness to see beyond what is known to us already.
The alchemy of pain can be a part of your journey in one way or another. You might already be on your path of learning and expanding your consciousness, beyond the existing concepts and mentality you currently operate within. Yet, what this supportive guided journey can additionally offer you is an upgrade of what you have already established before making this choice. There is always a new layer to uncover, and what this journey will provide goes beyond what you currently understand as your ideal progress. You will be surprised by what will be revealed to you.
Allowing yourself to be surprised by these revelations is an important aspect of this co-creation. Even though you may come with certain expectations, I can almost certainly say that this meeting transcends what you think you will gain from it. Almost assuredly, it leads to a new perspective on your old ways of being. Your perception widens, and the bigger picture is presented to you. Equipped with this new vision, you can do whatever you choose to. Ultimately, it comes down to your choice. Yet, I am confident that the decision you make will serve you well on your journey of continuous growth and evolution.

We always have more to remember about ourselves. There is no end to a process that is a continuum of revelations and integrations into the form of existence.
